Why Jaama was created
Jaama Home Healthcare began the way most meaningful things do: not as a business plan, but as a response to something felt firsthand.
Care delivered inside someone’s home is not a transaction. It happens in the room where a person raised their children, kept their photographs, and built a life. The people who enter that room carry a responsibility that no schedule or billing code fully captures.
Jaama was built around that conviction — that the standard of care should be the standard you would want for your own mother, your own father, your own child. Everything else follows from it: how caregivers are chosen, how plans are written, how families are spoken to when the news is hard.
